Amy Hauser
Marketing
Amy has been working as a marketing consultant for nearly 10 years specializing in branding, direct marketing, Web site development and interactive marketing. Her most recent work includes e-mail strategy and copywriting services for Reuters Insight, Schering-Plough, and Wyndham Hotels. Prior to working as a freelance consultant, Amy was a Marketing Director at Digitas, a large relationship marketing agency, where she managed accounts for Saab, Pontiac and Xerox. Amy also spent four years working as a management consultant for Arthur D. Little. She has a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.B.A, magna cum laude, from Babson College with a concentration in Marketing.

Kristen Koehler
Marketing
Kristen has spent 15 years helping companies grow through her strategy and marketing work. Past experience includes management consulting with Arthur D. Little, Corporate Planning and Development at Siemens AG in Munich, Germany and most recently, Marketing Director for a local, mid-sized supplier to the residential design industry. Her work has won industry awards including the 2003 PRISM Award for Best Marketing Brochure, 2005 ProSales Magazine Excellence Award for Best Marketing Campaign and the 2006 ProSales Magazine Excellence Award for Best Showroom. In addition, Kristen lends her event planning and marketing talents to two local charities. She earned her B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Boston College and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Marketing from the Sloan School at MIT.

Carolyn Komerska
Creative
Carolyn has been a professional multimedia designer since 1991, providing lead design and creative direction for high-impact marketing materials in print, Web and multimedia. She has worked with design teams from Los Angeles to Boston, in both the broadcast and multimedia industries. Her clients have included: Network Communications, Inc., Majilite Industries, KNBC, LoConte Goldman Design, Addison Wesley Publishing, Flywire, and many more. Her work has received industry awards from organizations such as the Broadcast Designers Association, MIMC and NewMedia Invision. She holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Boston University.

Rory Waldinger
Information Architecture
Rory has 10 years’ experience creating online and multi-channel user experiences that build strong customer relationships while launching or growing successful businesses. Since her early days at Razorfish, a pioneering digital media and strategy firm, she has worked as an information architect (IA) and project manager across many industries. Her past clients include: IKEA USA, Genzyme, JPMorgan Chase, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, MBTA, and Winston Flowers. Her work at Genzyme was nominated for two MITX awards (synvisc.com, Finalist; and carticel.com, Standard of Excellence - Pharmaceutical industry) and she also received industry recognition for work on bluecrossma.com and mbta.com). Her strengths include: experience design leadership, bridging the business and IT worlds through partnership, facilitation and joint decision-making, and creating successful online products and services. Rory’s prior project management and business experience complement her IA expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Rory earned her BBA in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Clark Bilawchuk
Technology
Clark has nearly 15 years of technology experience including architecture, project management, software development, system administration, and UI development. Working with his colleagues at Hauser Communications, Clark has architected and produced several Web sites for small to medium-sized businesses including ewtarcaconstruction.com, childersarchitect.com, readeugenie.com and kenvona.com. Clark’s most recent work has been as an Interwoven Architect for Bose, where he architected a global, multilingual site framework. He has also done Interwoven consulting for clients such as Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and Staples. Other client work includes: Bank of America (bankofamerica.com), Philips Medical (intranet), and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (mass.gov). Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Clark was the Technical Lead at Flywire, where his clients included the FleetCenter and Warburg Pincus Funds. Clark specializes in Microsoft .NET, C#, Adobe Flex and Interwoven CMS.

Kara Kilpatrick
Public Relations
Kara Kilpatrick has 14 years of communications experience in corporate and agency positions. She has worked for many of America’s most recognized brands in industries ranging from financial services to technology and consumer products. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Kara worked for Fidelity Investments where she developed and oversaw public relations activities for the company’s retail and institutional businesses. Before Fidelity Investments, Kara was with Brodeur Worldwide, where she developed communications programs for accounts such as 3M and IBM. In prior agency roles she oversaw campaigns for clients such as Pepsi, Polaroid, and California Pizza Kitchen. Kara received a B.A. in Communication and Political Science from University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
